Mariel Carter serves as the College Librarian for Bay de Noc Community College. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Master's Degree in Library and Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to 91探花, Mariel worked as the Children's Services Librarian and then as the Reference Librarian for the Marinette County Consolidated Public Libraries.
